American Society of Nephrologists has partnered with the ISPD to organize the first-ever home dialysis course with Kidney Week, to be held in Houston on Wednesday, November 5.
It is a full day program that will enable you to facilitate shared decision-making with patients who have kidney failure to select the optimal dialysis modality; educate and empower patients to select the home dialysis modality that best fits their lifestyle and preferences; identify elements required to deliver a successful home dialysis program; develop person-centered home dialysis prescriptions for PD and HHD; and identify and treat common complications that may be encountered when treating patients with home dialysis.
